How to make a group reservation

Is there any age restriction?
Those who are in elementary school lower grades are required to have a parent or guardian attend.
Can I experience any other workshop besides what is listed on the website?
We may be able to customise the experience according to your groups request. Please contact us.
Can I decide the workshop on the day?
We need time to prepare the workshops, so please select a workshop option at the time of making a group reservation。
Can I change the number of people after the reservation has been made?
Changing the number of people may result in an additional charge. Please let us know ahead of time.
Can I change the type of workshop after the reservation has been made?
It is possible to change the type of workshop with at least 2 weeks notice prior to the reservation date. Kamitowa may need to source additional supplies to accommodate the group booking, therefore we require adequate time for workshop changes.
Is it possible to tour the Kamitowa facility?
It may be possible depending on the reservation. Please contact us, and advise if you wish to tour the facility as part of the workshop.
Do you sell any products?
We sell a variety of Japanese paper products such as various kinds of Washi paper,Yuzen paper, Goshuin books, Do-It-Yourself Kits, washi tape, Japanese paper lighting, hanging scrolls, Japanese paper tatami etc.
Can I access/connect to the Internet?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
