【Cancelation Policy】

Full payment by credit is required to make a reservation.
No refunds are available once a workshop or service has commenced.

Canceling a booking with Kamitowa can result in cancellation fees being applied by Kamitowa, as outlined below:

• When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees.
• Cancellations or changing the date on the day or after the booking date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
• 1-6days before the workshop: 50% refund
• Customers can cancel their bookings for a full refund as long as they cancel at least 7+ days prior to the workshop.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Kamitowa website and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.

＜体験予約キャンセル料金について　予約後の契約解除の場合　＞
体験日の前日から起算してさかのぼって6日目～1日前に解除する場合、体験料金の5０％をキャンセル料としていただきます。体験日当日以降に解除する場合、体験料金の１００％をキャンセル料としていただきます。
体験日より7日以上前に解除する場合、体験料金は全額お返しいたしますが、振込み手数料などはお客様の負担となることがございます。
