Kamitowa accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard & Visa.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation.
No refunds are available once a workshop or service has commenced.

Canceling a booking with Kamitowa can result in cancellation fees being applied by Kamitowa, as outlined below:

• When canceling any booking you will be notified via email  or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop will results in a 100% cancellation fee.
• 24-48 hours before the workshop: 50% refund
• 3 to 6 days before workshop: 70% refund
• Customers can cancel their bookings for a full refund as long as they cancel at least 7+ days prior to the workshop.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Kamitowa website and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.

体験日の前日から起算してさかのぼって七日目～２日前に解除する場合、体験料金の３０％をキャンセル料としていただきます。
体験日の前日に解除する場合、体験料金の４０％をキャンセル料としていただきます。
体験日当日に解除する場合、体験料金の１００％をキャンセル料としていただきます。
